Understanding of recovery-oriented practice and goal setting
Excellent communication, advocacy, and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of the NDIS and its processes
Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or related field
Previous experience in support coordination or case management (preferred)

Ability to connect participants with services and build their capacity
